Elizabeth Holguin
Elizabeth provides support at the Bachman Lake Together Family Center as Program Coordinator. Born in Dallas, she is passionate about children's access to early childhood education, as she herself struggled in school the first few years because of the language barrier since her parents are immigrants. Elizabeth received her Bachelor's degree in International Studies with minors in Spanish and Women & Gender Studies at the University of North Texas, which is where she discovered her love of learning about other people’s cultures. She has volunteered with different organizations in Dallas for years, cooking for volunteers and helping upkeep community gardens. She is also an advocate for climate justice.
