Our Partners
Bachman Lake Together was founded by the Zero to Five Funders Collaborative on the principle that we can all achieve more when we work together. We partner with community members, local education institutions, nonprofits, medical providers and government institutions to collectively work to prepare every child for kindergarten – academically, socially, and emotionally – so they can thrive in school and in life.
Bachman Lake Together started as a collaboration between four incredible organizations, which all specialize in helping Hispanic families and their young children reach their highest potential.
Community Partners
Building on the initial work of the Zero to Five Funders Collaborative, Bachman Lake Together now partners with 50+ community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies and capacity-building partners. Collectively, we increase access to high-quality early education, develop parent leaders, promote family well-being and build community for Bachman Lake families.
